St. Charles Arena 

 Extends to the east of the city territory nod, on the border with: 

Poggioreale (Viale Comandante Umberto Maddalena, off the Western Saint Mary (Via Nuova del Campo); 
neighborhood Vicar (Via Don Bosco); 
district of Saint Lorenzo (Piazza Carlo III, Via Foria); 
neighborhoods Piscinola Miano, Chiaia, Secondigliano, San Pietro a Paterno. 
The name comes from the church located on a Foria (1602) or in the gully to collect rainwater from the hills north - which for centuries had prevented the expansion of the city - transformed from periods of dry, in a sandy bed (hence Arena ).
