Virgil Park

Virgil Park (also known as Remembrance Park) is a scenic park that stands in the neighborhood Posillipo, near Naples.

Virgil street is accessed by an entrance that leads to a monumental clearing in which stands a fountain of recent construction.

The park is built along a system of terraces overlooking the bay and its particularity is that it allows to observe simultaneously all elements of the Bay of Naples otherwise impossible to see other views.

Can see the islands of Procida, Ischia and Capri, the island of Nisida, the Gulf of Pozzuoli, the Hermitage Camaldoli, the Gulf of Bacoli, Monte di Procida, the Vesuvius, the coast Vesuvius, Sorrento Peninsula, Bay Trentaremi with its archaeological remains and the historical center of Naples.
